- In 2002, photographers and tourists were not allowed in the cultural center in Havana where the National Ballet of Cuba practices and performs. Yet American documentary photographer Lauren Graves was given special permission to photograph the excellence, discipline and beauty that flourishes through the National Ballet of Cuba, as long as she did not use her flash or tripod. The stunning series from that special shoot is now available as both poster and note cards. The 18" x 24" poster becomes a window, transporting the viewer to the world that lives 'Behind the Scenes of the National Ballet of Cuba'.
